Established in 2006 as Swapnbid, mainly as a reaction to unfair practices and bias against sellers of other online auction sites, in 2008 we acquired the Bid2.com range of names, and after a rocky start, including a drastic loss of membership and listings data in 2009 we decided this could never happen again.
In September 2010 we transferred our system after the unforeseen server failure to what we have now, which is the best we can buy.
Current changes to online auctions including restrictions and interference in the sellers business affairs means we now provide a very necessary service to our members and some who have had their online businesses stopped because of opinion and bias against the seller.
We guarantee our business and private userís non-interference ( providing the item for sale does not breach our listing policy ), a fair balanced feedback system where both sellers and buyers may leave honest and unbiased opinion on any transaction, and above all a free market which truly may bring the world together to deal.
We will strive to be fair, honest, impartial, and approachable, open minded and as many have so far found, contactable.
We are geared up for anything you want to list.We hope to make online auctioneering what it should be and used to be, simply a conduit for dealing without interference or biased management.
Good luck and all the best.
The Bid2 team.
